This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. A ban on pre-mixed beverages of this sort will only promote dumb-ass college kids to think they're being rebels by mixing up batches of rum and coke or whatever.

How freaking hard is it to mix an alcoholic beverage with a caffeinated one?

Just the other day a friend came over and brought over a new drink he was calling "the obama". It was grape soda + watermelon bacardi. Not exactly my type of drink but I thought it was funny. I told him that was racist but he said since he is half black it was ok...

LOL, actually that may be good thing. There is nothing worse than being completely wasted and cracked out on caffeine so that as much as you want to pass out and sleep off the drunk you can't because your wide awake...heh, sorry I find humor in this. Seriously though...the FDA can go to hell. There is absolutely no logic behind that. Oh wait logic...there happens to be a lack of that in our government these days...I forget, the idiots have taken over.
