I always knew there was something hinky about the JFK assassination story, but I never zoomed in on it — until I saw this video:

JFK X: Solving the Crime of the Century

The amount of distraction created by the event almost beggars belief, and all of it was for nought.

I have to admit that this is a claim I haven't seen before. More credible than the Warren Report FWIW.

I've considered it. Even if true, it is probably irrelevant at this point as he would be 107 years old, by my calculation. Seems improbable. But then, Clown World is far more improbable. So who knows...

What? The CIA is trying to discredit RFKJr and regain its plausible deniability?

Whatever, you sociopaths.

You calling *me* a sociopath?

Jay Weidner is most assuredly *not* CIA. So, I don't know who you're calling "sociopath". Did you bother to watch the film?

How long he may have lived isn't the point; it's about how half the world spent 60 years postulating this and that about an event that didn't happen as advertised, and no one caught on until now!

Well, assuming it's a true theory which is a long-shot, to say the least. There is a remarkable amount of disinformation surrounding the whole topic and, in Clown World, literally anything is on the table at this point. Privately, I first speculated about this possibility no later than 2013-timeframe. Just pointing this out in order to note that there are levels of paranoia which most people are not prepared to even contemplate... and some of us have been living in that head-space for a very long time...

We're not saying JFK was an alien ...

... but U.S. Customs and Border Protection went a little overboard

Of course not.

Jay Weidner is most assuredly *not* CIA.

You can't possibly be sure of that. That's a statement of faith, not known fact.

So, I don't know who you're calling "sociopath".

Sociopaths. Plural. What bigger batch of sociopaths is there on the planet than the CIA?

Did you bother to watch the film?

I tried. A 45 minute discourse on squibs is hard to take. There's nothing new, nothing solid, nothing that can't be explained another way in what I could stand to scan. I saw enough samples along the length of it to know I can't take the hour and a half straight up.

He got the DPD, all the world's press, and yes, the CIA (whose fingerprints are all over the event, the evidence that Oswald was a CIA op with a handler is thick and mighty conclusive) (even though he was at odds with the organization, which would be handing them a golden opportunity to kill him for real) to help him fake his own death. And this is based on the facts that there are splices in Zapruder's film and that Jackie didn't spend a phone call with a man she had good reason to be mortally in fear of crying over a serial philanderer.

Because he didn't want to be president any more? Yet he was maintaining a gruelling schedule running for reelection? Because it would cement his legacy? Was anything wrong with his legacy?

Nope. I don't know if this is the CIA trying to rehabilitate its image, or just a useful idiot trying out a new take, or a combination of both. But I can't buy it. Sorry. Doesn't stand my smell test.
