That's only uncaptured from Q4 names. There is no graph for totally new donors.

Yes, through a feed. They spit out a list of some recent donors and the number of total donors and the total raised. If the donations are coming in faster than the feed can refresh, some names get lost, obviously. So the green line represents names that have not been captured by chowda (ronpaulgraphs guy) yet in Q4.
