Need Help With Parade Announcement!

Several meetup groups are going to be participating in a Halloween parade in Edwardsville, IL. The parade is shown on Access Cable and each float has an announcement read as it goes past. I'm not very talented at creative writing and could use some help. Here is the guideline for the announcement.

Your comments should be UPBEAT, INTERESTING, and BRIEF (approximately 50 words). What you write below will be read by the parade announcer when your parade entry passes the reviewing stand and will run on Access Cable. We reserve the right to edit. Help us give your entry the credit and attention it deserves by including the name of your organization in your narrative. Please remember this parade is for children and their families. Imagine that you’re reading your comments aloud to 30,000 people ranging in age from 3 to 93. Does it capture and hold everyone’s attention for a moment? Then, it’s probably perfect!
