This idea has been thrown around the forums for a while yet has yet to gain much traction. In my opinion, the single most greatest thing we could do for the Ron Paul campaign, is to have his tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of supporters canvas across the nation one special day. Just think of tens of thousands of people talking to hundreds of people each in one day.

If a hundred thousand people canvassed to a hundred people each, we would reach 10 million people. It is difficult to say that all of ron paul supporters will reach 100 people by canvassing, but if the push is made many people will shine. Just think of it. Millions of people hearing the message of Ron Paul spoken from their neighborhood americans. He WILL win the election if this is done.

So how about it grassroots. How about we put our dedication to action and have the next major event hosted by the grassroots a national canvassing campaign.

Yes will be good to build on the momentum after these first primaries or put this on the back burner and wait for general election

wwrpd?

RP would set an example, instead of exhorting others to action.

So we all need to go out, canvass, and put the youtubes up.

"I met a lot of hot girls that live near me canvassing. I bet you can't meet more!"
"Oh ya? Hold my beer and watch this!"

It's hard enough to get the 10 or so 'hardcore' members of our 100+ meetup group to gather in one place for an hour or two, let alone spend all day canvassing, in the cold, in Obama country, during work hours, in the holiday season, etc. etc. It's a fine idea, but this is the wrong time of year to pull it off.

Yeah. I agree cnavassing is a GREAT idea, but it is really hard to get people out, and we will need this for general elections too. :D
Lets get money for billboards.

Just getting the name out there and letting other people say, "WHO IS RON PAUL" is better than nothing.

And at $1200 a pop OVER MAJOR INTERSTATES, they are DIRT CHEAP!

bump

This is just an individual initiative. It can be as simple as going to work and talking about Ron Paul all day. It's not an exact mission set out for everyone.
