Murray Sabrin: Convention Victory & Opponent's True Colors - CALL FOR HELP

After hearing Dr. Sabrin debate Jersey Joe this past weekend, the voters at the Gloucester County Republican Convention chose to endorse Murray Sabrin after a 60%-40% vote. Following this, the Joe Pennacchio camp made the following statement:

“They have definitely turned out in a large number today, and the reality is that the Ron Paul platform of blame America first does not resonate with the primary voters.” - Chris Pordon, Joe Pennacchio Spokesman.

It angers me that even at the state level, the ideals of freedom and liberty are summarily dismissed. What is the agenda of the GOP establishment in New Jersey? What platform does Jersey Joe support?

An interesting thing happened. Monday, a document that Pennacchio wrote in 1991 called The Nationalist Agenda: a Blueprint for the 21st Century, surfaced. This manuscript contains many authoritarian suggestions to solving our nation's problems.

A lot of Joe' solutions are alarming:

-- federally standardized eduction
-- more entitlements
-- expanding the IRS
-- strong compromises on the 2nd amendment
-- socialized healthcare

The local paper put a huge spin on it, stating that Joe wanted to help the homeless by allowing them to stay at the military bases that were closing down anyway. I laughed my ass off, spinfactor much?

This is super important. We need everyone's help nationwide to call these people and explain your disgust with Pennacchio and his facist manifesto.

If these phones ring off the hook continuously, these guys will force Pennacchio to quit.

Whats the phone calls cost? A couple bucks at most.

My experiances with these politicos has always been that they rarely, if ever, ask where you live.

Poor excuse in my opinion not to help out, especially since it costs virtually nothing.

I do not feel comfortable pressuring someone else's STATE leaders. I just do not. I feel weird writing to other states' local papers too. We should only do what we are comfortable doing. Lord knows there is more than enough work for everyone.

Would it be wrong for us to defend the rights of innocent Iraqis simply because we did not live in Iraq?
