MTG: "Today's hearing with Microsoft highlighted how serious the cyber threat has become.
The federal government must step up assistance to help protect not just big companies but also small businesses and regular Americans."

"The federal government must step up assistance to help protect" ???

Trump met with Bill Gates prior to Covid and we got a new Federal Agency OWS. MTG is Trump-Humping so hard it appears that she is following in his same footsteps.

.gov are usually the ones causing the problem.

And they use human beings as "Pawns for Profit". But instead of DEFUNDING all of these programs, stupid human beings would rather blame other innocent human beings, while .gov and the crony corporations really rake it in.

Just ask Anti Federalist

People invading my home, after being promised the spoils of conquest, are not "innocent".

MTG: "competition is healthy... but it would be extremely important for there to be assistance from the federal government".

So, MTG, how much is this going to cost me, to "protect companies" of which products I don't own???

According to your deed, how much property is your home on? They actually made it onto your private property?

Not yet, but they did at the last place I lived...turned it into an urban shithole and trespassed and destroyed and stole my property on a nightly basis.

Besides, my home does not end at my property line, nor does my neighbor's.

Community and trust and a nation are all built on the give and take of decent people living in a society.

But you don't believe in any of that, so why are we having tehis conversation yet again.

Correct. I don't. I don't subscribe to communism, even if you try to persuade me that it's nationalism. Or a communal society. Or for the greater good.

Principles. Who needs them?

Which goes back to:

You call it communism, I call it a home and nation and community in which to live, thrive and prosper.

And that my children and their children can do the same.

It's called posterity, and I don't want my posterity to be third class citizens in the nation their family built.

You're an anarchist and don't believe in any of this, I get it.

But I am not, in fact, I am no longer what could be called a "Ron Paul Libertarian" if there was such a thing.

Now, don't get me wrong, I have the greatest and utmost respect for Dr. Ron, and would support him in any endeavor he wished to undertake, even at his age.

But politically, I have come a full 360 degrees and am now right back where I started 40 some odd years ago, as a Pat Buchanan, "blood and soil" man.

For a while, I so hated what my home and nation and culture had become, that I was willing to see it all burn down as well.

But I've changed my mind, with age comes wisdom, and I now realize that there are diamonds worth saving, that NEED saving, in the dung pile.

I'm no longer going to take part in tearing western civilization down, just because my enemies have sullied and tarnished and befouled it.

I know you don't believe a word of that...whatever.

Call me commie or a Nazi or whatever you damn please, it means no more to me than being called a racist or homophobe or xenophobe, which is to say, it all means less than nothing to me: I'm calling this shit what it is.

And I'll just drop this off here:

"There was an insurrection, but to me, the insurrection has been the people who were allowed into our country to undermine everything that we do, and have free reign, and get a free lunch out of the whole deal anyway. That's probably where there's a bigger insurrection." - Ron Paul

A commie-nazi? A fascist-lib, like Trump? :tears:

How'd that bike run go, btw? I might be going to Montana for the bike event, but they only rent Harleys, not Indians, so I might have to eat my words for a few days ;-)

Your blaming the wrong folks, AF. Until the People figure that out, the Left and the Right, and all of the contractors, will continue to profit in an endless cycle - and thank you for it.

So Ron's wrong as well?

Gorgeous day here today. Low 70s and sunny.

Not the best picture, I took that from the top of the hill at Weir's Beach, but zoom it in, it's bikes by the thousands down the hill.

So Ron's wrong as well?

I can't speak for Ron, but I believe if he examined the facts and knew that the government was in fact paying NGOs with tax payer money, his first course of action would be to defund the NGOs. I can't imagine a scenario where if he did understand those facts that he would be fine with continuing the tax payer burden while condoning spending more tax payer money for government solutions.

It's very basic logic.
