MSNBC legal analyst basically said that the First Amendment makes U.S. vulnerable there are calls from some Liberals and their side to restrict certain parts of free speech.


Instated of throwing the word around like "Censorship" they want to get way with it by using other means.

MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade argued Monday that the United States’ “deep commitment to free speech” makes Americans uniquely susceptible to disinformation campaigns.
