Mccain/Feingold Progress?

Has anyone heard anything new about Mccain & his violation of his own bill?
Does he still get the delegates from the states that he didn't get signatures
to get on the ballot? (I think Pennsylvania was one of them, does anyone
remember the others?)

It would appear that the states waive the petition requirement if you qualify for the funding--you don't actually have to take it. Makes one wonder why we bothered (because they wouldn't have let us off the hook, of course).

The McCain-Feingold business won't get anywhere until Dubya appoints a couple of FEC commissioners, and he doesn't seem to be in a hurry. I started a thread suggesting we could get an injunction in each state against G.O.P. delegates voting for him until it's resolved, but got no reaction at all...
