RE: codepink lady...she was just going nuts out in the crowd stripping off her jacket to reveal her pink shirt, screaming, as the crowd started chanting "USA-USA-USA!" to cover her screaming. Then McCain said "folks please do not be distracted by the background noise and static." The crowd of course cheers and laughs.
