Do you plan to accept matching funds?
I suggest two different strategies.
1. Accept them. Change the bulk of it into 1 dollar bills. Hold a press conference in front of the giant mountain of money and point out how much money the government thinks it is ok to take from the American people to support what has become a corrupt political process. Say this, "No American citizen should ever have to be forced by the government to give money to anyone that has more money than them in order to get someone elected to the highest office."
2. Turn down the funds but note how much you were qualified to receive. At every debate, at every campaign stop point out how much the other candidates are taking from the American people.
In either case turn NOT taking the money into a huge boost for the campaign.
