Man sentenced to 6 months because daughter fails GED

Note the facts in the case:

The daughter is an adult.
Lately she's been living with her mother.
She's in school, she just has trouble passing the math section of the GED.
The father may lose his job because of the jail sentence.

The American public is helped by this how?

Wow....that's completely outrageous. The fact that the daughter is legally an adult should be enough to dismiss the "charges". I hope this guy gets a lawyer and sues the state.

I saw this story on Prisonplanet dot com and I faxed the Congressman in that district ( John Boehner ) a letter asking him to publicly take a stand against unconstitutional decisions in the lower courts in his district. If I am not mistaken, Congress can impeach judges.

This is the NWO infrastucure chopping up the nuke-you-ler family.
