CBS is running the original column from the LSU Student newspaper - the editor corrected version took this out because it is wrong, BUT I just copied it from the CBS version.....
But Dietzel said Paul does have some very unique ideas.
"He is more likely than other candidates to voice his opinions because he doesn't have the fear of losing votes," Dietzel said.
These "radical ideas" include Paul's conspiracy theory that the Sept. 11 attacks were planned by the U.S. government.
Hill said many "paranoid" factions support Ron Paul because of this theory. He said these people don't necessarily support his agenda, but they trust him. Hill said this trust "says something about [Paul's] integrity."
Can't we make CBS run the final one that is posted here?
"But Dietzel said Paul does have some very unique ideas.
"He is more likely than other candidates to voice his opinions because he doesn't have the fear of losing votes," Dietzel said.
Ryan Merryman, Students for Ron Paul recruiting officer and history senior, said there is a difference between those supporters and the "grassroots" supporters who are actually calling people and walking door-to-door.
Hill said Paul's grassroots strategy has a lot of appeal to the working class."
This is NOT right
