Looking for story on GOP fundraising survey related to IRS

Apparently, according to story on Wolf Blitzer Situation Room, GOP sent out a form survey that looks like official IRS rebate and at end of survey asks for money, even if you do not complete the survey or wish to "contribute". It asks for $11 to dfray cost of the unsolicited mail. :D:D

I have not yet found the story online. Any one see it?

Really disgusting stuff. Republican party is desparate and hurting. They are even having troube getting their 10,000 volunteers to help with convention, as they have only 4000 volunteers. :D

We may yet have more people at the Rally for the Republic than the RNC has at the convention. :)

I did find this:
