I have a glock-22 (.40cal) and want to get a shoulder holster.
What kind and what store would you recommend?

I'd get one of those nice tan leather Galco rigs like "detectives" wear.

Shoulder holsters aren't tactical they are more for style and comfort. For a tactical holster, I would go with a Safariland drop leg: link

or a Fobus paddle holster for driving: link

I'm looking for style and comfort.
I don't expect to be grabbing for the gun often. I just want a comfortable way to carry it with me when I leave the house.

The drop leg is nice too, not sure how that works while driving.

and what about accessories?

Again preference. I never used tie downs. That would depend on your size, and how active you are.
The rig will ride nice under a suit just fine. If you were jogging it may flop a bit. The ties will hold it down some, but may be a little restrictive.
More to unhook to remove it too.

Drop leg holsters suck when driving. You have to rotate them from the side of the thigh to the front of the leg and then they are still awkward to draw from. The paddle holster is nice when driving but you do need to move them to the opposite side of your drawing hand i.e. if you draw with your right hand then move the holster to your left when driving. Speaking from experience, it is easier to draw across your body when you are in a vehicle.

This is all speaking tactically. For style and comfort, go with the Jackass. Wear your pistol opposing your strong arm with this set up too. It takes a little longer to reach across your body and draw than it does from the hip or the thigh but it would take even longer if you can't get your elbow back far enough to reach the pistol.
