A "conservative" version of Digg has cropped up and it looks like they get some decent traffic, if not really huge. They are all Republican probably.

Most of the campaign stories are about John McCain (haha) and Fred Thompson, with a few (many negative) stories about Ron Paul.

Another site to hit is Conservative Gravevine, from the creators of Right-Wing News. They don't allow people to directly decide what pops up on the front page, but it is possible to submit ideas to the editor.
