Kinky Friedman endorses RP (true?)

I love Kinky. Some of you may not. He is a straight talker. Can anyone confirm this report I saw on lewrockwell.com. Posted by Lew himself. I hope this isn't a mistake. I guess it was on CNN . Anyone have the video?

He said Ron Paul was the only one telling the truth... wasnt an endorsement from what I could tell. He seemed to be leaning for McCain for some odd reason.

I love Kinky... and I think Ron Paul was part of the reason Imus got the boot. He would never talk about Clinton and I have a feeling Ron Paul would have been a guest a lot.

Wouldn't it be awesome to have the Jesse Ventura endorsement. I didn't like him much (wrestling does not do anything for me) until I found out his views sound very libertarian. Another no BS guy.

I heard Kinky on the Chris Duel show on KTSA AM in San Antonio this afternoon- both were saying that Ron Paul is the only politician they respect, but I didn't hear him actually endorse Ron Paul

Chris Duel is always saying good things about Ron Paul- he even opened for Ron at his fundraiser here in San Antonio.

Basically:

He likes Hillary, he has met her a few times.
McCain is a good guy, honorable.
Ron Paul is probably the only one telling to truth, but the sad thing is no one is listening to him.

and he says some random thing, kinky does.
