Did you just learn this? I should have brought that up earlier in our conversation but we were in discussion over 230. He also wants our national monuments protected. Those were the 3 things he tweeted about Veto if they weren't included.

Yeah. I don't know why whoever posted that thread didn't lead with troop withdrawal on a forum like this but I'm glad to have found this out. I am neutral on national monuments protection.

Agree 100% Close all the foreign bases. The only time that we should ever have troops on foreign soil is if they specifically ask for help and then it should be by congressional approval.
