Just got a call from "Friends of Fred Thompson"

He was telling me about how great Fred is, and he wanted me to listen to a 1 minute pre recorded message from Fred.

I told him I was voting for Ron Paul. He then said "Fred Thompson has overtaken Rudy Ghouliani in the polls" and I interupted him and said "So? I said I was voting for RON PAUL".

He said, "You know you will not be able to vote for him because he is only getting 1% in the polls."

I said "He is kicking ass and winning every online and texting poll. We will see who I can vote for, as we are doing what we can right now to make sure Ron is the choice".

He then replied with... "So you don't like Fred Thompson?"

I stated very clearly "No, I do NOT like Fred Thompson".

He said, "Well this call is being PAID FOR by the FRIENDS of Fred Thompson. Have a good day"

We REALLY need the "Friend of Ron Paul" making calles EVERYWHERE. I have tried to rally people on this, whether pre-recorded or live.

I am in Colorado and our voice will not shape the early primaries, yet we are still getting called. RP friends should be calling EVERYWHERE right now. We have the forces with so many meetup volunteers.

And if you get a call from ANYONE on any candidate, make it crystal clear Ron Paul is your choice so they can make note of that.

Just ask them a bunch of good legit questions on a bunch of stances and make em try and figure out where Fred Thompson stands. It would be a good laugh.

lol on the time they called. I'm still on summer vacation so I never get up at 9 or anytime even close unless I have sort of Ron Paul event I need to go too.

This isn't a poker game, this is a beauty pagent.

You need others to support you and birds of a feather flock together. The more birds they think are in the RP camp, the better.

It is kind of like saying, why vote in online or text polls, let's suprise them.

However, the more noise you make now, the more followers you can garner between now and then.

If that friend of Fred that called me hears 15 - 20 times today that people are voting for Ron Paul, maybe he will wonder what this Ron Paul guy is all about.

No kidding, when getting calls like this you should talk for a long time. Then have 'em call you back. Have 'em send you free stuff. Have 'em waste time and money on you. Then vote for Paul. Good logic. Really!

If 100,000 people wasted just 2 mins of their time thats 200,000 mins or 3333.3 hours, thats a lot of man hours wasted.
