Car rides into DC needs to be coordinated, so people can stay at cheaper hotels. That would help more people attend. People with cars who could drive groups of people to the event and go back for more would be great.

Also some sort of room sharing arrangements could be coordinated.

I fully agree! We will be going with a bunch of people because it will be cheaper and work out great that way! Everyone who plans on attending need to make arrangements!
