Alex Jones is the biggest nut there is. We should be rallying with this organization. This organization is one of the most prestigious organizations fighting to preserve liberty in this country, and I'll be damned if some lune like Alex Jones is going to bad mouth an organization such as this one. And you know what? I'm becoming a member. And I'll be damned if everyone who views this topic does not join as well. This is a truly unique and great society, and I'm amazed how a lune like Alex Jones would actually accuse the organization that's trying to fight for liberty and freedom in this country of trying to start some "world government."

Please. View the website, take a look, and for hells sake, join. They essentially support everything the good doctor stands for. They even PRAISE him in their articles.

I've been a member of the John Birch Society for over 10 years, I don't believe I've ever read anything on them wanting to take over the world. All I know is they are one of the few groups out there that are still trying to protect America from the UN, NAU, and all the other crap the Globalists want to do to us.

Alex Jones on the other hand has always seemed to have an axe to grind with them. I have never understood that. I don't mind Alex when he's making good points. It's when he goes off into Looney land is when he starts irking me.

My MeetUp organizer is a JBS member, those guys are great. They have a wealth of resources and are our biggest allies. Keeping the U.S. sovereign seems to be their central issue, which is #1 in my book. I'm pretty surprised to hear that Alex Jones would be against them, that just doesn't make sense. ITs pretty simple if you read the book "Shortwave War's" it talks about how the "paytriot" mov't has always had huge divisions in it because of people arguing Who should be the "flagship leader" of the Shortwave Crowd, Now its a little diffrent as its no longer older people listening to GCN as today AJ has hooked alot of leftwingers ever since Bush took office in 2000, If you go way back to AJ early years along with all the other "patriot radio hosts'leaders" the majority of listeners were Hardcore Rightwing Milita types who were venting from Bill Clintons gov't actions in The Ruby Ridge incident and the Waco Stand off. Back then Alex Jones was way diffrent he was much more careful in who he alligned with because he wasnt spending most of his times "making videos to sell to the mass" Instead AJ was Way More of an Activist Type in the clinton years then he is now. Once alot of his old time listeners saw the change in Jones when bush got in they Left him in the dust and AJ had to find a "younger audience " which he did that by being more Cozy with having leftist and socialists on his show and not blasting them like he did in his early days . I just Laugh when I hear people Like Noami Wolf On AJ show and Alex Actually is promoting here on there even though she is a Huge Leftist Anti-Gun type LOL!!!! If you dont believe me of his "Attitude change" after bush got in just google the interview that Alex Jones did with Noam Chomsky and compare the Alex Jones of that time to the one you hear today LOL! Its a huge drastic change and I would say not for the better in my opinion , Back then he was way more honest in Confronting someone on even one issue like the Gun issue with chomsky but after Bush got in you can see the change he has in his attitude toward Chomkyites take for instance all the times he never calls Greg Palast on his UN Loving along with recently Noami Wolf he just is not the same as he was and thats alot of the reason why JBS doesnt really want to "promote AJ" too much in becoming a regualr type guest on his show ..


Anyway if you never were around when Alex Did that Noam Chomsky Interview you wont understand what im saying ,But those who do remember know exactly what I mean in using the Chomsky interview as an example with his modern day attitude with Noami Wolf. Oh And AJ lost HUGE Credibilty right around the Y2k crap where some say he went "Way overboard" in fearmongering paranoia leading to many people wasting alot of money on all these "patriot survival" gear that people bought leading up to Y2k and so forth , Again Just Google Alex Jones Y2k Show and when you listen try to understand how someone listening to that Might become very fearful and paranoid for no reason. For me Im differnt and I dont get Scared when hearing all the "NWO DOOM N GLOOM" instead I take everythign with massive grain of salt As I Do with JBS articles as well as the NY times and all sorts of Media LOL!!!!!!!! To me ALL media even Alternative is "marketed to emotions" and sometimes the fear over rides any logic . But I dont have nothing Against JBS/AJ, OR anyone else because there just bringing a message and Im responsible how I take it not them . ITs like "BUY OR BEWARE" for me no matter what media were talking about , I think though JBS/AJ and even some MSM shows do bring out some great fruits that we should be thankful for And I very much am But you gotta have a filter of Logic and common sense . sort of like when Rudy or McCain tell us that Islamic extremism is REal Yes ITs very Real But how the hell is not securing our boarders and wanting a 100 + years of nationbuilding in countries where the common people dont want you there to begin with gonna help Fight the Crazies ? and not just create more reasons for the nutty crazies to keep recruiting jihadists? I rejoined a few months ago, was a member for several years in the mid 90's. The John Birch Society has been on the frontlines of the struggle for freedom for about 50 years. They were making great headway in the early 60's, and were the victims of a massive smear campaign that painted them as a communist organization. That image lingers in the public's mind to this day. Nothing could be further from the truth. They have been and still are one of the best sources of information that exists. They are an educational organization and do not endorse candidates, but have run numerous Ron Paul articles in the past year. Although I'm not super involved, I don't think I've met one who doesn't support Ron Paul. I highly recommend joining just to support them if nothing else. They have an excellent monthly magazine as well, The New American.

It's named after John Birch, who was the first American known to be killed by a communist bullet. It was in China after WWII. He was instrumental in getting Doolittle and some of the raiders home after the surprise attack on Tokyo in WWII.

Then he went off to tell me how they are a secret KKK organization. My co-worker sounded like that squirly kid from the new republic accusing Ron Paul for being racist, you know, "they speak in code" and stuff like that, but there is no real evidence.


can anybody shed some light on the subject? I truly believe JBS has no part in the kkk or anything stupid. I already talked to somebody from JBS, but i want to know what the guy on gangland said about JBS. Thanks for any help.

The JBS went through a smear campaign the same way Ron Paul got smeared as a racist. The JBS is not a racist organization.
