strangely enough, when asked if anyone didn't own a gun, Ron Paul didn't raise his hand.

of course it could be like the evolution question; he didn't answer because he didn't find it relevant.

edit: I'm wondering if he bought a gun after this, after watching the video a second time...he seems really interested in them....and it doesn't appear to be a casual "I'll make conversation to be nice" kind of interest either.

I definitely think he didn't find it relevant, so not raising his hand was protesting the stupid question. Like when he wouldn't answer the boxers or briefs question.

FWIW, Dondero has said that Ron Paul and his family were victims of crime around this time and that the "animals" line sounded just like something he would say, However, it was not racial ( as in "animals" didn't refer to a certain race as some would speculate).
