I agree there will likely be very little action resulting from this, but keep in mind that Thomas is smarter than most people on the Hill. He also knows which questions to ask. And while he may not be able to get much done, I suspect he can expose a lot of shenanigans which will make the news. That's a small step forward.

Show loudly your contempt for every vile thing Theye attempt by force to raise up as virtue upon your lives. Reduce them to ash, if the choice is forced upon you.

You're delusional. I am not nor have I ever been a Democrat, and I would never join a party that had people like AOC, Bernie Sanders, Maxine Waters, or Elizabeth Warren in it. By the same token, I wouldn't join one that had creeps like Lindsey Graham, Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Green, or George Santos in it, either.

Thomas hasn't changed a bit but has become smart in dealing with the system. Without a doubt I think he's the closest thing to a replacement of Ron Paul. Slightly different on a few points maybe, but the very same kind of freedom loving non wavering spirit.

I'm sure he will surprise us. Having said the above, as a forum and freedom loving people, maybe the best purpose we have now is to think of a campaign to help Thomas and spend our useful time on that, with this committee. I remember a time we had video production with new video's daily, none of which can be found by the YouTube algorithm anymore...
