Well, probably because he's a McCain supporter:
"...John McCain, the only guy in the Republican race who has made tough decisions on the issues of the day and has stuck with his positions, struggles to hang on."

He's critical of everyone else he's mentioned, and even ignores a few (Gravel, Gilmore and Tancredo). All things considered, this is not the most devastating critique of RP. Still...
