I've donated to the campaign before using PayPal. I just created an account and tried to purchase a couple orders of slimjims but it seems the only way I can pay is by credit card. Is this true? If so, I don't have a credit card.

Pretty sure you can mail in an order. Also you could always use a Simon Giftcard. http://www.simon.com/giftcard/
