Is Ron Paul on the ballot in TN yet?

Yes he is on the ballot, as per Brook Thompson from the TN Secretary of State's office:

After speaking with the TN GOP, I was told that the Secretary of State is the correct to direct my question to. Please let me know if I need to contact someone else.

My question is: does Ron Paul have ballot access throughout TN? I am guessing and hoping he does, but I'd like to be sure, while there is still time to collect signatures if need be.

He need not worry about being recognized as a "national candidate." The Sec. of State has always taken a broad view of that term and has always included anybody participating in the debates.
