North Korea is acting childish, it resumed its Nuclear program. They are again looking for incentives to stop their Nuclear program.

But do the North Koreans really believe the neocons want a world democracy with no Nuclear weapons? U.S. can wipe North Korea off the map in a matter of an hour (correct me if I am wrong).

Again, North Korea has no flipping clue and they are asking for it by playing stupid little games with the neocons

The rest of the world knows that the West does not have the political will to use nukes, so development of nukes is useful to extract concessions, or join the nuke club.

I'd take Kim Jong Il over Chuck Baldwin. lol

They are looking for a payoff and Bush will give it to them again.

Better plan, just ignore them.
