Irony in prop 200

I got an ad today from "yes on 200". One of the bullet points is "PUT UNSCUPULOUS LENDERS OUT OF BUSINESS. Prop 200 would crack down on unscrupulous operators and curb a dangerous trend-Internet lending from out of the country that doesn't comply with state or federal law."

We're all concerned about a private business that operates outside of the country and operates "outside of federal law"...yet the federal government ITSELF often operates outside of federal law! ~sigh~

This is another loser. I say no on prop 200, and no on the federal government.
