Ron Paul

My prediction for Ron Paul: I think Ron Paul will surprise everyone. I think he will surprise his supporters in that he really won’t be close when all is said and done. However, I think he will surprise everyone else by doing better than they expect him too. Most are writing him off as an internet phenomena with no real support. People that attended the straw poll in Iowa were taking pictures of cars from all of these outside states saying that while he had supporters, that is why it didn’t turn in to votes. My point to them is that those supporters live somewhere and, when they get to the booth, they will pull the lever for him there. One thing is for sure and that is it will be an interesting ride.

I like the Fred one better

My prediction for Fred Thompson: Fred is making a mistake if he tries to cast himself as Reagan reincarnate. That will not fly. He is a Republican actor and the similarities end there. His speeches don’t give anyone chill bumps or bring people to tears. He doesn’t connect with people in the way Reagan did. Reagan was a giant and when you compare yourself to a giant, you seem small. In the end, I see him playing well in the South and not that well elsewhere. I’ll be the first to say I could be wrong about that. I will support him if he becomes the nominee. Like I said, more on Fred when he actually declares."

He should just say it: Fred is a fake. Fred is a fraud. Fred is trying to fool you.
