I'm old enough and grew up in the tri-state area, to know just how bad the Bronx and Newark and Asbury Park and Atlantic City and East Orange and Bed-Sty was.

Probably not. It's possible that now that the delirium over George Floyd has worn off and there's been 4 years of Biden, there are large numbers of black and brown people willing to listen to Trump. His record on black issues really isn't bad. Permanent funding for land grant HBCUs and the most significant criminal justice reform of a generation. And there may be trouble brewing for democrats over immigration.
