Not sure if it matters, but it confuses me since RP is strong on immigration. Maybe they just have unreasonable requests with respect to labor protection or something.

Yep, I got it in my email today, too, and it's posted a few threads down...LOL.

But it's great information, and oughta be bookmarked for our future use in blogs, letters to the editor, etc.
