Gorgeous. Nature is amazing :D Pictures always 'zone home' for me - I never would have thought Iran was that beautiful based off of the pictures the media tends to show you. It's always the negative, never the positive.

On the bright side, when Obama/Mccain drafts us all what doesn't get obilerated in the initial air strikes we will all get to see first hand the beauty of Iran while we tour it in humvees clutching our m4's. Who knows maybe I'll be lucky enough to work and live in the newest American military base Vank Cathedral.

Seriously, how did America really let it come to this, Mccain and Obama; one a socialist who wants to invade Iran, or two a fascist bitter old man. Wow, the future of America looks great. I could be wrong, but I think in the next 10 years unless the R3volution succeeds our country will be either socialist or fascist. Hell, perhaps we'll make some new mix of the two. Either way ladies and gentlemen, we gotta keep preaching and spreading the freedom message.

A mix of the two, aye? Sounds like the perfect marriage. I heard that worked really well for Germany about 70 years ago or so. Looks promising indeed.

Okay, seriusly ironic, at the bottom of the screen is an advertisement to "meet single Persians." I mean really, damn, that is just effing nuts

To quote Mr. Gibbs from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest:
"Sooner than you think!"
;)

What beautiful pictures. Afghanistan is also a very beautiful country. Even parts of Iraq are beautiful from what I've seen. I work with a lot of Iranian people and although pushy, outspoken, and opinionated they are some of the warmest people I've ever met. I think like America they've been hijacked by a corrupt and deceitful government.

Persian women are some of the sexiest most beautiful women I've ever met.

^ I cant agree more. I would have never thought this would be Iran, its amazing how our controlled puppet media would never show something like this.

Absolutely beautiful. That must be why Dick Cheney likes doing business there.

2004 Press Releases

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 25, 2004

October 21, 2003

To: the Managers of the New York City Police Pension Fund and the New York City Fire Pension Fund.

Re: Halliburton Business in Iran - Global Overview

Preface

This report is being submitted to the Halliburton Company Board of Directors pursuant to an agreement worked out with Mr. William Thompson Jr.'s Office of the Comptroller, which represents the New York City Police Pension Fund and the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund which are Halliburton stockholders. (approximately 318,540 shares.) The Fund's stated concern was that the Halliburton Board of Directors have actual knowledge of operations conducted in Iran or for Iranian entities by the various worldwide elements of the Company.

As the Board is aware, Iran is the subject of special sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury, through the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. In general, all "U.S. Persons", both corporate and individual, are prohibited to enter into transactions with Iran or entities working on behalf of Iran, and are further prohibited to "approve or facilitate" transactions by foreign persons. The sanctions leave open, however, the possibility for "independent foreign subsidiaries" of U.S. corporations, which are not considered to be "U.S. Persons" to conduct such business. Many U.S. corporations have foreign subsidiaries active in Iran, including our major competitors.
