...I can't wait to call a few hosts up tomorrow and ask them..."WHAT HAPPENED MAN!? I THOUGHT HE WAS A NUT!"

Ugh.

I can hear the droning anchors voice now, "...and the biggest surprise of the Iowa caucases, is the victory of Congressman Ron Paul, formerly a second-tier candidate. While impressive, he will certainly not win the Republican nomination...blah blah blah"

We should bomb the McCain blogs with. "I'm in NH because of his loss I'm changing my vote from McCain". The spin is stopped HERE!

My expectation is that Paul will get third and they'll spend all day tomorrow talking about Huckabee and Romney.

"Congressman Paul, you shocked everyone yesterday with your numbers in the Iowa caucuses! The question people really want to know is--which third party ticket will you run under in the general election??"

"He managed to place 3rd in Iowa, but will he be able to translate his success into the other 49 states?"

I really hope he gets third. When you think about the fact that the Iowa voting is GOP-sponsored instead of state-sponsored, he'll be lucky to place 4th.

I'm praying for 3rd anyways...

Remember to bring Slim Jim's to the caucuses everybody! This is a good opportunity to change people's minds.. especially with Iowa's caucuses format.

Got a bet going with a neocon buddy in Florida, if RP takes:
1st = I win $1,000
2nd= I win $750
3rd= I win $500
4th= I win $250
Lower= He gets to say "I told you so".

Ask him if he'll bet me too. He could have the chance the win TWO "I told you so"s!
