I think Kubby as VP would have made this less of an issue. But it is what it is. So i want to see what some of the Anti-Barr people would think if RP gave his blessing.

I watched the libertarian debate and he wasn't great. But good enough for me. He is no Ron Paul that is for sure...

I am hoping he will get to debate McCain and Obama, when you contrast him with those two i think it will make him look like Mother Teresa. Then maybe some people will get off of his back a little

I voted "never", though I would have preferred a more mild option in the "negative" spectrum. RP's endorsement would not sway me; only Barr can convince me to vote for him, and he has yet to do so.

I will most likely stick to my original plan -- write in RP, unless Louisiana is a battleground state, in which case I will vote for Obama.

After the Republican Convention, the direction Ron Paul takes is very influential to me. He can endorse Bob Barr. He can endorse Chuck Baldwin. He can tell us that both are good and to vote on which one we like better. Remember, both Barr and Baldwin endorsed Ron Paul. They both tried to get Ron Paul to run on a ticket other than the Republican Party ticket.

But Ron Paul should at least extract from Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin, all their positions, and where they differ with Ron Paul at this time. I just think this is needed in addition to a simple endorsement. For example, Ron Paul can help explain to us where Bob Barr stands on the War on Drugs at this time.
