Dr. Paul spoke at American University in Washington tonight. About 250 people were there -- don't be sad that it's a smallish number, the organizer said they had to turn away hundreds of RSVPs because they ran out of space, even moving the talk to a larger venue than the original space, which only had room for 175.
The crowd was about 75% students, not just from AU but from other DC universities, I spoke to people from Catholic and George Washington as well.
Ready to be jealous? I stood about 10 feet in front of Dr. Paul for his entire 45-minute talk. He's an electrifying speaker and got a major applause line every minute or so. And later he signed a Constitution to my 1-yr-old nephew (got in just before the crowd mobbed him).
This guy is going to be president. I am sure of it. He is da man!
