Huck's a crazy nutjob! He wants to abolish IRS now!

Hahaha

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Suckabee has been pro-fair tax like Fred Flopson. Fair tax is definitely teh whackest idea ever. These guys are economics amateurs.

They should be reading Ludvig Von Mises and Michael Scheuer.

Not sure what he hopes to gain by switching the position, it's not like Ron Paul supporters are suddenly going to flock to him.... but hey, if he sticks to it for real, at least it's a little better in the crazily unlikely event he should win out. Then again, maybe it's his way of smoothing things over with Dr. Paul for the event that he wins.... gotta have that VP possibility ;)

What an ass. Hopefully people will see through his lies when he tries to explain his new "ideas".

are you serious? Maybe someone should start emailing him and stop lifting Ron Paul's ideas...

This quote made me die a little:

According to Huckabee the IRS is beyond repair. "I come from the deep south in Arkansas, and we have a feeling if you can't fix it with duct tape and WD-40, it can't be fixed."

No, what it is is, the message is sinking in and getting out. This is all Ron Paul's fault, he started it. I welcome anybody with media attention, to spread RP's message.

Hmm

I'm not so sure, this may be part of a Fair Tax type of position, as I said. If not, and he is flipping and a flopping, I'd like to ask Suckybee to explain how we're going to pay to break vases around the world with runaway inflation near at hand and 70 trillion dollars worth of debt and pay for it all without taxing what people earn.

I wonder how he's going to implement the FairTax he's been so on about with this news.

Let's keep this discussion factual and stop mocking. Use this to our advantage by mentioning that our position is right and Paul was the first to propose it in the campaign cycle.

CBS) MANCHESTER, N.H. Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee says he wants to get rid of the IRS.

The former Arkansas governor thinks the country should "completely end the $10 billion IRS."

I wonder where he got this idea from?

:-/

His "folksy" ways & sayings are getting a bit tiresome:

"According to Huckabee the IRS is beyond repair. "I come from the deep south in Arkansas, and we have a feeling if you can't fix it with duct tape and WD-40, it can't be fixed."

If the IRS was canned, Huckabee said April 15 would just be another spring day, not the most dreaded day of the year.
