Is Ron Paul trying to severely limit the power of the Judicial Branch and the Supreme Court?

Yes, the Congress has the power to define jurisdictions, but to use that power to trivialize the Judiciay would be contrary to our intended plan of government.

I don't know where you got that. The question was, "Is Ron Paul trying to severely limit the power of the Judicial Branch and the Supreme Court?" And my answer would be "yes", and as a Congressman he is able to do so constitutionally.

"severely limit" implies to me trivialization. What issue, specifically, are we talking about here?

You'd have to ask the original poster what he meant, but my understanding was in regards to the judges legislating from the bench, and so that was the point of view of my response. I believe that Ron Paul is trying to curb that trend.
