Do European paypal sites maintain your balance in euros? What about other nations around the world? If I have a paypal account in America could I get another paypal account through the French paypal site and shift funds from one to another and actually have them converted or are all paypal holdings in American dollars? If the monies were actually convertible is seems to me this would be a fantastic option for the average Joe to have a regular "savings" account as one could always "hold" their funds in the dollar form with the least inflation and have them converted and transferred back into their local account whenever ones needs the cash. Anyone have information in this?
