I think this is the best way, since it's a more immediate fix of the feeling of success

However, I do agree that something should be done once 500,000 hits (obviously some time tomorrow) to somehow equate it to 1 mil or something

It's also nice to be able to say that every time HQ set a donation goal (regardless of whether it seemed unrealistically high), the Freedom Movement always blasts through the goal line--and in record time!

Apparently, Ron Paul and the Freedom Movement have the Will and the Might to conquer any obsticle that may stand in their way on their march to the White House!

The money is important as the media is totally fixated on every dime donated. But it's probably going to be tough figuring out how to spend it. I say invest in gold till the end of the year and then just buy the election.

No matter what goals we hit and exceed, at some point it'll get bumped to something we run out of time to hit, and I'm sure the media would just run a headline like, "Ron Paul supporters fail to hit fundraising goals."

Yeah I agree, it will be encouraging for people to see that Ron Paul easily surpassed the intended goal
