Few realize... the USPS is in debt from the over generous, over gilded, over funded, Pension Obligations. It's not just the Health Plan.

They need a total of $7 BILLION payment obligations to the retirement/pension/health fund. The article lists just one, health care, as the culprit which is only partially true.

Seems everyone is using Health Care as the Main Excuse for high costs on everything these days.
