Word on the VA, ptsd and muses....they're all pretty dangerous things, and ultimately only the agony of the human condition can heal us by removing all choice and forcing us INSIDE, where peace is.

(I haven't achieved this peace, not by any stretch, but there have been glimmers, and therefore hope.) And there can be no peace without peace within.

the way to inner peace is through your pain, not avoiding it or masking it with sex or drugs or rp etc. Feel it fully when it hits....die in the nightmare, let them get you, feel the fear and breathe through it. OK you're dead, now what?*
