I was thinking about this while watching the today show and thought of something that could potentially be a very good way to get a) Ron Paul's name out and b) let everyone know about new yorks now closed primaries (if done before then of course).
Why doesn't someone or better yet, a group of people show up over there right at the fence where al usually talks to the people. Usually if your get up draws enough attention he will talk to you. It's woth a shot! All you would have to say is that you are from the local Ron Paul meetup group Or "Ron Paul 2008" and then remind everyone to change thier registration soon because the primaries will be closing on the 12th both in NH and NY.
