From the state.gov government website

http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86755.pdf

It says there

"Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth."

As such, it McCain is a citizen by law (because his parents are U.S.) but not by birth, and is thus not allowed by the Constitution to run for President.

Reposting over and over doesn't make it right

You are right in the fact but not interpretation. Because his parents were citizens when he was born--having nothing to do with geography--he is a "natural born citizen" as I have posted many times with links to US Statute, opinion of the Founding Fathers, the common law and US Supreme Court decisions.

There are two kinds of citizens: "naturalized" which McCain is not or "natural born citizens" which he is.

Children of US citizens NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE BORN are "natural born citizens."

Can you repost those links Bradley? Im curious to see what this really comes down to statutorily.

Sorry Bradley but the government proof does not make exceptions to the rule as you suggest....it applies to every child born on U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities ....please let me know where in the .pdf it says "this does not apply to a child whose parents are American citizens"
