GOP debate September 17 - Tampa/St. Pete

this is going to be damn awesome, we can have more people there than any other candidate; nationally televised on CNN and YouTube. All the meetups need to make this a "STATE WIDE" meetup day.

Again, I'll consider taking Ron Paul "seriously" when he raises a minimum of 15 million in a quarter. I'll admit that he is good for a laugh. He is the "Republican" version of Dennis Kucinich. I'll be marketing a pair of ceramic Ron Paul / Dennis Kucinich garden gnomes with conical red hats. One always goes on the right side of the garden and the other on the left side of the garden.

Great Idea! A great way for those to say I dig the guy with the itchy kucin while working in the garden.

A Ron Paul vs. Dennis Kucinich celebrity death match might also be in order. The winner would be crowned the official No-Tier candidate in the 2008 campaign. Perhaps they'll also have a temporary boost to 2% in the polls."

I'm going to try my absolute best to be there (and I know at least two other people, right off the bat, that I can get to come with me, and I know a few others at my College/church who'd probably go).
 
Well, since I live 30 minutes east of St. Pete. I will be there with a group of at least ten. we have some HUGE 5 ft. Tall by 9ft wide RP signs. It Might catch some attention.
 
It be cool to make a weekend out of it, place signs all over St Pete, volunteer, then head to the debate Monday Night.

We need to make all the National Headlines.

The amazingly kick@$$ group from Clearwater is hosting a Bay area meetup at the Radisson Hotel on July 27th if anybody wants to send a representative to coordinate with them. I am in the Lakeland group and we will have a rep. there.
 
I was looking at Spot Runner and if we had a 30 second Ron Paul commercial, we could run 135 spots over four weeks before the debate for $5994. That breaks down to $3 per person on this forum. Best part is 30 of the commercials would be on CNN Headline News during the time frame (8-11) that our good frined Glenn Beck is on. :D
