I really don't believe in this magic histeria over rate cuts. The last time I checked the market it was crawling back up with only a loss of 170. I really think there will be some more carnage than just 170. As for this being the big recession that some of you talk about on this forum, I don't think so. I think the big depression will hit when United States consumers finally feel the effects of not saving and spending on mass sums of credit. That coupled with 70 million baby boomers receiving social security and healthcare should topple the system somewhere between 2017-2030.
