Is anyone here in contact with them? We need to book them for the inaugural party....

I'm sure they could be swayed. It's just a matter of someone taking the time to make sure they're informed.

Yeah we need get anyone on board that has a good public image.
And of course wants to see change in America for the better.

How about WILLIE NELSON! He would love to hang the sign on the door of the IRS thats says CLOSED! OUT OF BUSINESS :D

Getting the Dixie Chicks involved with Ron Paul is a surefire way to alienate a lot of Republicans who see them as traitors. I don't feel that way but I know a lot of people who do.

You need to get someone who will unite, not divide people.

The problem with the Dixie Chicks wasn't that they were against the war and against Bush. Instead of making a cogent rational argument against the war, they made some silly sarcastic comments. That's what got them in trouble. John Cougar Mellencamp is also anti-war, and has a lot of redneck fans. But he didn't get in trouble because he didn't deliberately piss off his fans.

Not a good idea

Ya, that is not a good idea. That is like inviting Rosie O'Donnel as a spokesperson. We want Dr. Paul to win, not be marginalized.

Maybe in a second term, but folks around these parts do not like the Dixie Twits (including myself)

Sorry, just being honest
