As long as you have witnesses and video/recording equipment... you should be safe going to court.

There's no Probable Cause, and cannot detain you by law, but I'm sure there's some hidden text loop interpretations in the Patriot Act or Thought Crime Act that basically allows them to do anything they (US Government) wishes.

The Government would probably charge you with "ILLEGAL WIRETAPPING" laws.

And to Think... we were making Fun of Exploiting the Terror at Communist CheckPoints "Papers Please... then interrogations" throughout the previous 70 years in Europe and Soviet Union.


We Americans are so screwed by this Tyrant Government with there "WELL POLISHED" justifications.
