What would your policy be with Cuba if you were President? I'd lift the embargoes and I'd invite Castro to the White House Free trade!

Me too. I said to hubby while we were on our trip, as a vent that it's stupid we're buddy buddy with the Chinese but punish Cuba.

Oh but I guess killing baby girls is ok.

I wouldn't invite Castro to the White House. He's a thug and a thorn in our side.

However to be fair, the entire situation in Cuba is mostly our fault due to our historical interventions with the place.

We should definitely have (true) free and open trade with Cuba though. I hear it's a beautiful place. I think most politicians these days are beholden to the CANF who want reparations from Castro.

I have been reading it for years, its pretty informative. Truth is many Americans and expecially politicians always are down there already and our major food companies already trade with them. This is the best weekly read out there.

Yeah, Archers-Daniel Midland (ADM) is in bed with both the US and Cuban governments. ADM is the entire reason that Elian Gonzales turned out the way it did.
