Paul explains how U.S. foreign policy helped fuel the attacks of 9/11, and from there, the rest of the candidates go on the offense. Watching them try to explain how the islamofacists hate us for our freedoms and why America’s actions play no role in terrorism is nothing short of comical. Mitt Romney, once again showing his ignorance to history and international issues, says that the U.S. needs to help bring Islamic countries into “modernity and moderation” — then proceeds to give President Bush a beaming endorsement for keeping us safe. And, right on cue, Rudy Giuliani chimes in, claiming our foreign policy was “totally irrelevant” to 9/11 and terrorism in general. This clip is proof positive that if elected, all of the GOP front runners will continue the failed Bush Doctrine of perpetual war, and are completely unfit to lead our country.

It's funny, I used to support Iraq with blind faith. "Well, they're privy to lots of information so they must know what they're doing." Man, I was sooooooo wrong. I can't thank Dr. Paul enough for R3voLutionizing my own thinking, on many things.

Those guys need some work though, they sound a lot like daily kos right now. It's funny to see what happens when you stew in your own juices for too long. At least the people in charge there seem to get it.

They are Democrats, so I'm thankful for what little we get. There's nothing to work on. They are strongly committed Dems.

It's heartening to read that. If it can happen to you then maybe it can happen to the rest of America. Here's hoping:)

I was in the same camp. Giuliani actually seemed like the way to go several months ago. When I came upon Ron Paul, my thinking has completely changed. If only more people could be as understanding and open minded as we have been. Everyone would see how useless and counter productive this war really is. I wish I was enlightened a little earlier, so I didn't go through the stupid debating I did in support of the War, George Bush, and Giuliani's presidential run. Disgusted at my old self now.

And if you go to that blog, don't try to convince anyone there wrong about Dr. Paul. They're rude and obnoxious. I've come to learn that the best way to deal with people like that, is to make information available and obtainable, and then leave them alone. If they're interested, they will seek Dr. Paul out. Otherwise, it's a waste of time and energy.
