Courts sided with RP on the "Federal" "Reserve" System

On July 27, 1979, appellant John Lewis was injured by a vehicle owned and operated by the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

So, someone who worked for the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve hit someone with a car?

Yeah, why don't we get Dr. Paul's position on car accidents?

Do you always read the first line of a book and then trash it publicly?

I believe Whittaker Chambers did the very same, though became rich and well-respected.

- Oh wait.... Nope. He died at an early age by a heart attack after joining the CP (Communist, believe it or not) and defecting.

Uhh, bite me. The case went forward because the court found the Federal Reserve to not be a Federal agency. I got that. But the case started because a guy got hit by a car. The case was 26 years ago, and the Federal Reserve is still there, so apparently it didn't make much difference. Least you can sue them if they crash into you.

Bite yourself. You deserve to let go once in awhile.

The truth is, this is a very important case that has not been noticed by the patriot community very frequently, if at all, and is something that should be in each of our arsenals when we speak to people who know even less than Knightskye about the Fed.
